Ryan’s content on the ADHD dude site has been a game changer for me and how I interact with my child. It has been so amazing to have straightforward, practical advice and solutions. His video content on you tube is fantastic too!

The ADHD Dude has helped me manage my challenging 13-year-old son over the course of the past few years in a way that no other methods have. If you need straightforward ways in which to respond to your ADHD kiddo, this site has what you need. I especially appreciate the membership office hours where Ryan answers your questions live. In addition, I find the downloads helpful. I've just utilized his "how to introduce a smartphone" for my son. He's not warm and fuzzy; rather, helpful and direct. For me, it's the best kind of advice when you're in the middle of situations looking for a solid game plan. The passion Ryan feels for kids struggling with ADHD and the pare... read more
