My mother has the pace program and gets rides from here as well. I called because my mother had been waiting over 20 minutes and they never came so I called but the women that answers for the ride is RUDE AND RACIST just because we are Hispanic doesn't mean you can treat people the way they want. After asking her to send someone she hung on me . I hope she gets fired for treating people like trash !!!!! Im going to email this company's manager. Rosa coordinated the ride for my mother. She was so kind, professional, and answered all my questions. Maryellen was our driver both to the hospital and back and she was GREAT! She got us back and forth safely and timely. I would recommend this company and will use them again if needed in the future.
Right right has a good crew of drivers and they are very polite. The dispatcher is rude and crude and takes any good quality from the driver's as she's constantly ignorant over the radio too the driver's and I won't advise you to contact them I'll deal with PACE driver's and dispatch employees. That's my point of view.
This ride company is through my husband's insurance, because of his broken neck, PTSD, missing vertebrates, epilepsy, & mental health issues. We've had a male driver who went 80 on highway, speeding around the city streets & my husband asked him to please drive normal & he explained he has PTSD from a car accident that killed his wife n sons. 0 stars. We had a female talking about drugs the whole time & we asked her numerous times to stop that we're both recovering addicts, but she drove fine & made great time.1 star. We ... read more
