Very disappointed with how the situation was handled by Jenn. I paid for a Brazilian Blowout and after washing my hair for the first time my hair was essentially back to its original curly texture. The result was nowhere near what I expected from the service I paid for. I contacted Jenn and she explained that my pregnancy hormones likely affected the results. A phenomenal experience. Jenny expertly offered advice and suggestions, and then proceeded to fix a rather unpleasant previous color and cut for me. Very open and transparent about everything including available solutions based on my budget. Will most definitely be back!
