I used to really love this place. I joined because it was supporting a small business in town. They been closed for 2.5 weeks “changing locations” but have not given any updates to when it will be open. They also are still charging me even though they have been closed. I have written emails, tried calling, and commented on their instagram posts. Cant get in contact with anyone to cancel my membership. So basically they are just charging me for nothing at this point.

I used to love coming to this studio. It was a great escape for me and the first place I found love for spin. Unfortunately, I have been trying to cancel my membership for almost a full year due to personal reasons and they refuse to cancel. I would be very weary of signing up for a membership here and if you do, check your account often to ensure they are not charging you beyond what you ask.

Ride or die is one of the best spin studios I’ve ever been to! The interior is so aesthetically pleasing and the level of cleanliness, especially during these times, is immaculate! The instructors are phenomenal and each bring their own unique energy and style to their classes. I highly recommend this studio if you are in the Charlotte area!!
