Great service, excellent staff
My partner wanted to get a rack for paniers. She brought here bike and her paniers (brand new, one zipped up inside the other) in. $25 for a rack and $20 to have it installed. She was back at the store within the 15 mins they quoted it would take. Her bike was returned to her with the rack installed and the panier bag still sitting on her handlebars, the bag had been rifled through with every zipper open and the other bag no longer inside and nowhere to be seen.
