Great service, excellent staff
My partner wanted to get a rack for paniers. She brought here bike and her paniers (brand new, one zipped up inside the other) in. $25 for a rack and $20 to have it installed. She was back at the store within the 15 mins they quoted it would take. Her bike was returned to her with the rack installed and the panier bag still sitting on her handlebars, the bag had been rifled through with every zipper open and the other bag no longer inside and nowhere to be seen. This very special bike shop is in the right location , features a wide variety of quality products with accessories to fit every need..I was welcomed with warmth and a very authentic greeting …my bike issues were resolved with efficient handling of the problem…this is the bike shop to explore when buying a bike as we previously did and getting any issues solved with a very efficient effort..Don was the bike person to listen to my issue and provide an answer with exactness.. very friendly service..
Ride On has been repairing and tuning up my bike for years. When I took it in this time they said that they are now only accepting bikes that they sold. Very odd turning away regular customers who will need to buy a replacement bike. One woman, confusingly told me to bring it back " when it is raining" Never again. Rude. I now go to Repair and Run, a new to Vancouver company that wants my business and did a great job.
