As a veteran who rides a bike for exercise and cheap transportation, on my way home from work I had a flat. Went to ride on for the very first time and was greeted by very friendly owners, who immediately took care of me and got me back on the road riding. The owner showed me around his shop, and shared old memories which was awesome. I fell in love with a certain 80's model Cannondale but another customer grabbed it before me. Ride On is a great place to get a bicycle. I’d been out of 2 wheel bicycling for a number of years. If you try figuring out what’s new and what works from the internet and YouTube, good luck. I sent Bill a message and he called me back that day. He asked what type of riding I’m interested in. I came in to the store and he had 6 bikes setup for me to try. He was adjusting them as I tried them out. I made a choice and I couldn’t be happier with it.
Wooster is lucky to have a bicycle shop this good!! Can’t say enough about how knowledgeable and professional the owner and staff are. They’re always happy to help in any way they can. Fantastic selection to top it off.
Took my disabled wife's trike in today with a brake problem. They basically dropped what they were doing to repair it and tune it up for a very reasonable price. GREAT SERVICE!
