Nothing but fantastic service every time i've gone. I've asked even the stupidest of questions and they've answered without hesitation and without being demeaning about it. They have also done me a favor when I needed to replace a bike by providing me one with a great deal, would highly recommend if you need a new bike or if you need service on an existing one.
So far so good. I just dropped my bike off there for a rear tire repair. And they seemed really professional. I'll go ahead and edit this and give a fifth star tomorrow when I receive my bike back from repairs
The Ride On in Wooster is incredibly helpful and timely. They responded to my text when I had an emergency situation before an event and serviced my bike in 15 minutes when I brought it in. I’ll absolutely return if I need anything in the future!
An absolutely wonderful local bike shop. I bought a mountain bike from them a year ago and the entire process has been great. They helped me picked a bike for my needs, put it together, and helped with some adjustments as I got riding. Super helpful and nice people, as well as experts in their field. Thank you so much!
