Going to Biltmore is akin to stepping back in time, to a when we stopped and appreciate beauty in art and nature.
Staff is so friendly and helpful to new riders. Horses are gentle and easy to ride.
Of all of my reviews this one is going to be on the side of failed business practices on the part of the manager on duty. 95% of my reviews are 5 star reviews. At times when I get less that the good service that anyone expects I don't give any reviews at all. But when I receive service that is far below social norms I do in those cases give 1 star reviews with reason. This may be a case of things gone wrong and poor decisions made things worse. Beautiful carriages at Biltmore in Asheville Nc. Horses are well cared after and the equipment is first rate. Clean barns and stored hay.
Disappointed in the very very short ride.
