I had a critical appointment on the books for 6 months. My insurance scheduled the transport with this company on my behalf. The man called me about 2 hours before pick up and confirmed the pickup time. When he showed up he saw that there were stairs to enter the home, and became visibly irritated and made comments about the stairs. (He failed to read the notes that there were stairs to the home) Then saw that the patient was bariatric, and refused service for "safety." The driver show up 30 minutes late from the scheduled pick up time. Do not use.
Outstanding driver, got me to my appointment right on time, the driver went way out of his way to come get me where I got stuck at too, I highly recommend Ride N Safe Transportation to anyone....
