I had a flat tire on my Cannondale R600. I decided to buy new tubes and tires for my bike. I usually go to Outspoken Bikes or Chain Wheel Drive, although I chose this store because it is closer to my house. Carlos spoke very knowledgeable about my bike and was also very friendly, so I thought this store would be my new bike shop. Sadly mistaken, I had to take my bike back 4 times for a tire change. Got a flat tire on my bike at 5:30 and they closed at 6. I called them and they said to bring it in. They happily fixed it and were done by 5:45. Kevin and Carlos were amazing! Thank you for your wonderful service.
