I reached out to Ride and Joy on a Saturday to repair a tint job I had done by another local shop. Kurt responded immediately and was able to fit me in same day. The shop was greatly accommodating to me and walked through the process in detail before starting the repair. A few hrs after I left Kurt followed up to make sure everything was as expected. Above and beyond is an understatement. This shop truly cares about the people of Parker!
I called to get a quote and when I told him the year, make & model of my car, he LAUGHED AT ME (in a mean girl’s way) & said, “Wow, I haven’t seen one of those in a long time.” Sure, it’s a 15-yr-old minivan but it’s new to me and I just wanted the windows tinted. I called a bunch of places for quotes & availability and this guy was the only one who laughed at me. Hint: Don’t laugh at your customers when they’re asking for your services.
