JB's expertise, patience, knowledge, and customer service far exceeded all my expectations. With his guidance and great products (the SKF dual compound seals are amazing!) I was able to finally resolve a stubborn seal leak. Now my forks perform and feel way better than ever before. Finally, supporting a local business feels like the right thing to do. Best suspension and great customer service. I am located in Washington state so I was hesitant to send out but JB nailed the set up. Had WP 6500 forks revalved and shock for KTM300 SX and was surprised how much better his set up was.

Great customer service. I ordered a rear spring for my CRF450, and JB called me to let me know it would be back ordered for a week. We talked through other spring options if I needed it quicker and he also asked and talked with me about my setup to offer up his insight. Just a true Pro gear head who is deep in his craft & loves helping the MX Community....Thanks for the help JB!
JB took an ton of his time to help me understand the dynamics of how his Titanium Perches work, and how they impact the different velocities. Moreover, he also helped me with setup and tuning when he certainly didn't have to. I can say without question one of the best at customer service in the business.
