I attended the 8:30 AM indoor cycle class today with Gaston and Kayleigh. To start with the positives—the instructors were very welcoming, brought great energy to the room, and overall created a strong ride experience. The concern I have is with one of the music choices. During class, the original version of Nelly’s Country Grammar was played. This version includes explicit lyrics, including repeated use of the N-word. this is the most amazing studio with the friendliest staff. Don’t miss an opportunity to work out, have fun and sweat a ton.
Great place to spin and everyone at this studio is so welcoming.
Just went yesterday I never cycled before and I was nervous . The ladies at the front desk were so nice to me i didnt get a chance to get there names. They had set me up with shoes and my bike up. Megan the trainer is great and encouraging . She even talked to me after the class which i wasnt expecting . I will be back.
I highly recommend Ride West U! It’s my favorite studio. Kayla at the front desk is the best! Love when she’s working. Definitely take a spin class here!!
