I used to teach spin pre-covid and haven't hopped on a bike in a few years. I took my first class at RIDE this morning with Ash and had a blast! What a fun, upbeat and creative instructor, Ash keeps the energy high and mixes in fun choreography. LOVED IT will absolutely be back
