In the process of selling my house, I had a few items from the inspection that needed to be addressed. The biggest was a roof repair, which Eric & co. were able to get taken care of quickly and at a fair/reasonable cost. The other "issue" was one that the home inspector had flagged, but that did not present the safety issue that was claimed.
