I love this company. I have always had great experiences with Wapato Transportation while caregiving - used them for 18 years. Best transportation company in several states I have done caregiver work in. Great drivers - all extremely well trained.
I love the service I've used it in the past they've always been really good to me got me where I needed to go on time with respect and safety at the top of their priority list..
Terrible. Made an appointment on Tuesday for a Friday pickup. Visa card charged to secure reservation. Thursday get a call and they cancelled. Left us scrambling for a way to help my Mom get home from rehab. Called them to request a credit to my Visa and the person I needed to speak to was not there. No offer from the person who took my call to follow up. Very unhappy. Unfortunately Google reviews don't offer zero stars.
