This place has gained a customer for life. I ordered a closeout Transition Patrol that, due to a glitch in the system, showed in stock but unfortunately wasn’t. Christaan went well above and beyond to get me into a new bike that fit my needs and at a price I could afford. I have been without a bike for 3 years now and am so stoked to be hitting the trails on my new Norco!! Thanks to Christaan for being a solid dude and a fantastic business owner. This guy really cares and definitely loves getting people on a new steed.
I came from Spokane to ride at Duthie and stopped by this shop for some tools. I was happy with their selection of women’s mtb gear and ended up with two great fitting pairs of gloves. They had the tools I needed to mount on my bike for quick repairs and a mud guard that I needed. As a cyclist I always try to support the local bike shops and felt good about the overall vibes at this one. Stop by and grab some gear and a cool water bottle (cuz you can’t have too many of those )
Rented a Norco mtn bike from them to take to raging river and it went great! Super smooth and easy rental, great employees with solid trail recs, and the bike was maintened super well. Great experience all around.
I bought my first “adult” bike here a little over a year ago. I actually wrote a review on Yelp about that experience. (Cliff notes, it’s 5 stars.) Since then, we also bought my wife a bike and we’ve been in multiple times to buy small parts and service items. Just recently my wife and I went in shopping for new helmets. Christian and the guys took the time to go over all the details with us, helped us get fitted and on our way to safer riding. These guys make it worth it to shop small and support your local bike shop.
If you are in Issaquah and need to rent a bike I highly recommend Ride Bicycles. Christian was very helpful and gave me great directions to the local trails. I had a great ride and hopefully I’ll be back sometime.
