Best bike shop in Snoqualmie Valley. They did my suspension and Max walked me through some handle bar equations. Chris and Eric are all way cool people. My fork service is like butter. I noticed my front end staying on the ground over bumps. I think that is what it is suppose to do. At any rate great bike shop. I scheduled the service here instead of sending it out to Fox since that was better to me than mailing it.
Chris at Ride Bicycles went above and beyond trying to troubleshoot a complicated internal routing issue on my frame. Couldn't recommend this shop enough. They are honest, easy to work with and committed to finding a solution. 10/10.
Everytime I go into the shop or call these guys with questions about my bike, they have been great. They are friendly, knowledgeable humans who ride, and are willing to spend time with those of us on the bike maintenance leaning curve. Check them out!
These guys saved Christmas for us. We ordered a woom bike for our toddler and the pedal threads were a little off. We went to them to get it attached and they fixed it quickly. Not only that, they filled air in tires, checked other screws etc. They charged us NOTHING! Couple years ago I had gotten my own bike also from them and they continue having the same level of exceptional service.
