These guys saved Christmas for us. We ordered a woom bike for our toddler and the pedal threads were a little off. We went to them to get it attached and they fixed it quickly. Not only that, they filled air in tires, checked other screws etc. They charged us NOTHING! Couple years ago I had gotten my own bike also from them and they continue having the same level of exceptional service.

Was looking to purchase a bike and ended up buying it. Turns out that model was out of stock. Next day I was contacted by Christaan and the issue was sorted out immediately on the phone. Would highly recommend buying a bicycle from these guys! The process is so easy and simple and the customer service is top tier! Will absolutely be biting another bike from them in the foreseeable future!
There was a misunderstanding by a manager about their exchange policy and I left a negative review here. The owner contacted me to explain and the exchange/return policy is fair and reasonable. Thanks, Christian!
