Stopped by mid ride because my seat bolt came loose and I didn’t have any tools, had me fixed up and back riding within minutes! Very thankful for the kind & professional service!!
I truly loved the attention to detail and kindness of everyone at this shop. I was riding at Duthie and my breaks failed. I brought my bike into the shop and Christian walked me through the repair with detail. So grateful I was able to keep riding that day. I also got my full face helmet here and the support I received was attentive and insightful. Thanks for all you do!
These guys are awesome. Not many legit bike shops around these days that know their way around high end bikes and also don't have attitude. Had a chain slip and the guys helped me get on my way no charge (I did swing by some thank you goods). I'll frequent this shop as my go to in Issaquah for road, tri, and Mt bike needs.
