Wow! What an awesome bike shop and team at Ride Bicycles!! I can’t thank them enough for helping make sense of the trails in the area and for pointing me in the right direction. Best part? They had everything I needed to be ready for my ride (I’ve never encountered a shop with that many brake pad varieties!). Thank you for the friendly local bike shop service!
Maintenance shop is hit or miss now. I asked for a quote for service. Dude said "Well we'd have to check it in" in a way that he did not want to do that. I said ok and waited but he did want to look at my bike. He then only gave me verbal ballpark prices for the things I asked for. In the past, they would give a itemized receipt with the cost of everything listed out and that was what I was hoping for. Raj and team went above and beyond for my family today. We came in for some new pads on our way to Duthie and ended up getting our bikes tuned and washed on the spot…and as others have noted, ended up buying more than anticipated, which always feels good when it’s gear! We’ve known this shop since it first opened in our old Roosevelt neighborhood and although that shop didn’t work out, the Issaquah shop is going strong! Highly recommend stopping by to browse, purchase, or rent you won’t be disappointed.
We had a fantastic experience at Ride Bicycles in Issaquah! Raj went above and beyond to help us out, he kindly let my son charge his e-scooter while we were there and even gave us a strap for our charger, which was incredibly thoughtful. The shop has a great selection, knowledgeable staff, and a truly welcoming vibe. It’s clear they care not just about bikes, but about the people who ride them. Thanks again, Raj, you made our day!
