I happened upon this store after a negative experience at another bike shop in the neighbourhood. I was so impressed by how knowledgeable and kind the employees were that I brought my bike in for a tuneup despite there being other bike shops closer to me. They ended up giving me a surprise discount on the tune up because the bike didn’t need any major repairs - really honest service. I will continue to be a customer and recommend them to anyone looking for a bike/accessories/repairs
Short interaction, but felt really supported. He listened, answered my questions, gave advice, was really quick and reliable. Will be coming back! :)

Great service and knowledgeable,helpful, friendly staff.Purchased a KHS Grit 55 gravel bike there recently and could not be happier with it.Victor got the bike set up and made sure I was satisfied.Probably the best bike store experience I ever had.Heartily recommend this store.
