I am a recreational cyclist who mostly bikes around neighborhoods. I brought my 18 year old bike in to see if they could tune it up and I am loving the results. I did not feel pressured or salesmanned into anything. They pointed out all the needed fixes to my bike and walked me through "this is what your bike does, this is what a tuned bike should do" scenarios. I picked up my bike and barely recognized it all shiny and clean. I will definitely be going back for regular tune ups.
Great work from these guys in the service department. I had some rounded out Ti bolts in my fork that another shop couldn't manage....these guys did the impossible and made removing and replacing them look easy. Great service on a tough job, great price and good looking new showroom floor that recently opened. The shop-dog is awesome too!
Popped in for a puncture repair, in and out in under 15 minutes really nice people will be back
This bike shop is absolutely the best in town. I took an old beat up trail bike to them for a tune up, and Joe looked at it and said this it looked pretty good and said there isn't much to tune up. He cleaned off the front rotor, oiled the gears and fixed a front crank gear issue in about 10 minutes and said, this should ride fine.
