Steve and his team do an excellent job. I had my Colnago C59 built up there with Dura-Ace 9000 with parts that I had sourced from here there and everywhere and I just went back to get the bike serviced. I get the feeling that they know and love bikes and I appreciated the initiative that they showed in replacing all the necessary parts to keep my bike sweet.

I ended up going here after my spoke broke on the way to work. They easily sorted it that day so I could ride home. They were friendly and helpful and tightened the loose seat and added some chain lubricant just to be nice. They didn't try to make up stuff to charge me. I'm never going to my local 99bikes again. Always going here from now on.
I had a mechanical issue with my bike yesterday evening, at 5pm they let me into the shop after close fixed my issue and got me back on the road. Thanks so much!!
