Huge thanks to Steve and the team at Ride Advice. Steve instantly identified the issue with my stem installation (caused by another mechanic) and fixed it the same day. His quick diagnosis inspired confidence in his abilities and really put my mind at ease. With Steve's vast technical knowledge, clear communication and consistently solid advice from him and his staff - I won't be taking my bike anywhere else.
The staff were very helpful and fitted new wheels on a wheelchair for us. Even though it had unusual sized tyres they searched in the back for them and fitted them super quickly. Great service and very reasonably priced 🦽
Hey guys a big shout out to your excellent team and great customer service. Today I came into the shop looking for some help and advice in how to fix incorrect cassette spacing. Not only did you help explain what was going on but also provided the missing spacer FOC. You guys have always provided awesome technical advice and service regardless of commercial transactions. Old school customer support which is so uncommon these days. Thanks again for being a great shop to walk in to and for keeping us rolling....:-) Steve
