This shop provides outstanding quality expertise and customer service! Extremely knowlegable and thorough bike mechanics who provided emergency service when my Specialized Tero eMTB encountered a problem that threatened the start of my 16-day ride on the Munda Biddi trail. They saved the day, and did it with obvious mechanical competence and amazing customer service and positive attitude. I highly recommend them!

I arrived recently into Perth with my bike in tow to do some cycling. I am from New York City and I transported my bike in the usual bike bag. I was unable to reinstall my derailleur, and I called RIDE Advice. They told me to bring the bike in. I brought the bike in, and I immediately knew this was the right place with 3 mechanics repairing bikes. One of the mechanic’s stopped what he was doing and had the derailleur installed ( poor design @specialized!) check everything was good to go. He refused to take any money from me.... read more
