I went to Riddles today for a few items and the ladies that were working, Amber and Kasey, were amazing!! Very kind, attentive and thorough 10 out of 10 recommend!! Kudos ladies!!
Such great customer service! We walked in to see if we could leave a broken chain to be fixed and they did it right then and there at no charge. The employees are so kind to work with, would definitely recommend!
My son got a watch as a graduation gift yesterday, but could not wear it because it was to big, so we went to Williston this morning to get it sized, we did not buy the watch at Ridles Jewelry, I got his watch online, as we walked in i ask if they could help resizing the watch, she didnt ask me if i had bought it there, she right away got into helping us, very knowledgeable, in a couple of minutes my son had his watch back in his wrist and it fitted him perfectly, i was ready to pay and she said there is no charge, i was del... read more
I went in to see if they would be able to fix a bent prong and a loose stone and assumed I’d have to leave it for a few weeks or have it sent out but the employee fixed it on the spot at no charge! Took all of five minutes and I hadn’t even purchased the ring at that location. 10/10 experience and I’d definitely do other business here in the future.
