When I purchased earings at Christmas time , both Victoria and Amanda went above and beyond to ensure that I purchased exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely return for future purchases.
The entire team is amazing!!! Tori and Vincent were beyond helpful with my custom wedding band. They ensured it was inspected and cleaned, looking just like new!!!! There are also a large variety of options in the store, and I never feel pressured by any of the staff to purchase anything. I also feel welcomed when I go in, even if it is just for a simple cleaning of my items. If anyone is looking for a wonderful experience with expert help then you should run...not walk to Riddles!!!
I’m not sure if it was bad day to come in but very arrogant customer service. We just come in for repair we ask if it can be repair immediately “there is a fee” interrupted me with a snarky tone didn’t let me finish explaining. I said it okay we understand. If you leave it here it’ll be here for 2 weeks okay we’ll ask around again interrupt us “ we are the only goldsmith in town” which I knew it was lie I know another jewelry store that does repairs.(btw I come here because it was more convenient to come by because I was in ... read more
My granddaughter and I had a wonderful experience shopping at Riddle's. We felt no pressure by our lovely associate. She was eager to let us take our time and look, but was close by when we wanted to look at certain items. We will definitely shop at Riddle's again.
I had the best experience! Tori was an absolute pleasure to work with and made everything so so easy! Will definitely be going back!!!
