I took my 18 year old wedding ring set to Riddles for repair. I'm left handed so my rings always take a beating. It was very worn and the setting needed to be restored. When I picked it up, I was blown away!!! My beautiful rings look like new! I didnt realize just how bad it had gotten until I picked them up. STUNNING! Their goldsmith is incredibly talented. I stopped at Riddle's last evening and the young lady working there (I didn't get her name) replaced the battery in my watch. She was very helpful and pleasant! I would definitely go back there for any of my jewelry needs!
Lauren was super helpful and extremely professional when it came to our picking out our engagement ring! She helped my fiancé and walked him through the process from buying to picking it up. She gave him up to date details with what was going on through the whole process. We couldn’t be happier with the staff at Riddles!! And the ring is GORGEOUS
