After an absolutely nightmarish experience at the Riddles in Missoula the folks up in Great Falls went above and beyond to fix my wife’s engagement ring. They remained in constant communication with myself and were actually quicker than expected with fixing the ring. The ring looked wonderful! Completely different than the ring we were handed by the Missoula Riddles. It was fixed and looked like the day I proposed to her. I will definitely be going back for future jewelry repairs/purchases.
Keri is amazing, always take time to answer our questions and has continued to offer amazing customer service. We always go through riddles for anything jewelry related and they never dissapoint. We had our ring resized and they did an amazing job. The entire staff is always welcoming. Keep up the hard work guys!
