Riddles went above and beyond. I happened to be sitting next to their manager at a meeting one day and she noticed how worn by wedding ring prongs were. I could lose my diamond! She let me know and offered to help! My ring was purchased from Riddles nearly two decades ago a day warranty had expired due to my own lack of upkeep. They reinstated my warranty, fixed my prongs, and shined it up! If Abby hadn't noticed my ring with her keen eye, I probably would have lost my diamond. Their customer service is excellent!
Me and my friend had a very pleasant experience at Riddle's Jewelry - Fargo last weekend. Page and her teammates were to knowledgeable and not overly sales driven. This was a nice suprise vs typical Jewlery stores. Will be back to support Riddle's Jewelry - Fargo as opportunity arises!

Absolutely horrible experience today. I cried in my car when I left. First there was issues with the credit card application the two women working were absolutely rude about trying to help, which they couldn't. They gave me a number, I was directed to another number and they told me that the merchant can help me in store. Which she said she could not. So I said fine I would just pay cash.
