The reason there is a rating of one star on this review is because it does not accept no stars for a rating. I have 2 rings that had one prong on each that were catching on fabric and snagging clothing. One ring was purchased at Riddles Jewelers located in the Crossroads Mall in St Cloud MN and the other was my wedding ring purchased elsewhere. The chocolate diamond ring purchased at Riddles is under warranty as long as I have it examined every six months in their store. When I took it in to that store to request ... read more
