My wife wanted ice cream, so I searched for places near me. This was a great find! We will definitely be back!! She had a peanut butter malt and I had the mini-donut sundae. Both were unique and yummy. If you’re traveling through Penns Valley, stop by and check this place out!
This is a good place. Everytime I've been here its been a long wait and the workers are really running. I hate waiting so long and I hate seeing them work so hard so dont know if I will be back but the ice-cream and treats were very good. Also the two workers were very kind and the place was clean.
Scoop and Sizzle formally know as Riddles is becoming the worst ice cream shop in Centre county .We get peanut butter Sundays the peanut were stale and there was very little peanut syrup. They took a great place and turned it into a dump.
🍨🍦 Amazing family owned, family friendly ice cream shop in Penns Valley! Great location on Route 45 across from Penns Valley High School. They offer hot mini donuts, PSU creamery ice cream, Dole Whip, and unique creations like the "Fat Elvis", plus much more. Great customer service!
