Mary Johnson.....I'm disappointed to hear you are not happy with your apartment here at Riddlehaven. What baffles me is that your remarks in your review have NEVER been brought to the attention of myself or the Maintenance Tech. But since you mentioned them, we can explore them a little bit. First, you were given a tour of the property, including the laundry room, before you ever signed your lease. So you were well aware that the laundry room was small. Rented an apartment with little wait time until moving. Clean friendly, Laundry on site reasonably priced. My idea of this place being good has really çhanged. The laundry on side is a small room with a couple washers and dryers. Dirty. The floor the laundry room is on smells like pee. The thrash shoot has been locked for months. Really is not the best place to live. The worst part is getting bedbugs. I keep telling them but i don't know if they are really treating them.
I didn't like visiting here
