So I was a patient here and I called explaining I was having a manic episode / health crisis and they laughed at me and told me I needed to pay my bill first.
I am going to assure that the better business bureau is aware of this company and have them shut down they do not do good business and they joke about individuals mental health I am very upset at the fact that the receptionist gave my spouse such a hard time on the phone when calling to situate mental health crisis this firm needs closed and the people that run this place need meds and psychological evaluations

Worst of the worst. Gopalakrishnan manufactures mental health crises. My personal opinion is that he does this to avoid lawsuits for malpractice and negligence. That’s just my opinion. Stay away from this practice. I’ve filed with the HHS and the Department of State. I think he takes advantage of his vulnerable clientele.
