I am going to assure that the better business bureau is aware of this company and have them shut down they do not do good business and they joke about individuals mental health I am very upset at the fact that the receptionist gave my spouse such a hard time on the phone when calling to situate mental health crisis this firm needs closed and the people that run this place need meds and psychological evaluations

Worst of the worst. Gopalakrishnan manufactures mental health crises. My personal opinion is that he does this to avoid lawsuits for malpractice and negligence. That’s just my opinion. Stay away from this practice. I’ve filed with the HHS and the Department of State. I think he takes advantage of his vulnerable clientele. Wish I could give a zero star review. This psychiatric practice adamantly refuses to help prospective patients with any health insurance-related inquiries. Their excuse? "We're a small practice." All businesses, big and small, have a billing process. Why they would say otherwise is a mystery. Perhaps "Riddle" Psychiatry should have been a clue. So, if you're comfortable with not knowing if the practice accepts your insurance, meet with them. If not, go to a practice that wouldn't have you guessing.
