All the doctors here are great. The office got me in right away for a problem I was having and I saw Dr. Andes. She took the time to really listen to me and she saved my life and so did Dr. Cutilli when she did my surgery. The world would be a better place if more doctors were like the ones who are working here.
Absolutely Horrible. Avoid avoid avoid. Extremely disorganized. Do not answer phones ( when do nobody knows what you are talking about) Failed to call me to let me know I had a failed pregnancy. I found out from my chart account on my own. Nobody called me for 24 hrs. Failed to even send my script in for my upcoming ultrasound appointment. I had to wait in the ultrasound room undressed for half an hour and still to go get the script myself an hour later. Absolutely speechless of this location. I have been a client here for 21 years and I’ll never leave the practice. They’ve delivered both of my kids, helped me when my reproductive health took a nose dive and are always caring and compassionate. Dr. Lupo and Dr. Cutilli could not be more compassionate and caring.
I had an amazing experience here for prenatal care and the whole birthing experience was amazing. I was not a fan of the midwives, the one messed up my son’s circumcision, leading to him having to get it redone at DuPont, but the doctors were great.
The people who work here are rude and incompetent. You'd be better off giving birth in your car.
