I had a 10AM appointment for an abdominal CTSCAN and was told to arrive by 9:30AM. I arrived at 9:20 . The check in was amazing but it was all downhill from there. I didn’t leave the hospital until 11:15. No one informed me about the delay except to say they were a little behind, a hour seems excessive for a little behind. I had a great experience at Riddle Radiology. Pelvic ultrasounds can be awkward and can make you feel very vulnerable, but Radiology Tech, Diane, was so kind and gentle, and she made the whole experience very easy for me. She also cleaned everything in the room very thoroughly as soon as we walked into into the exam room which I found very comforting! I'm very thankful for the excellent care I received.
Very Nice hospital, Great staff.
In and out within 20 minutes. Very polite and knowledgeable X-Ray technician. Whoever was working the opening shift today. Thank you
