My doctor at Riddle was great but he ordered an ultrasound for me and nobody in the radiology department will answer my calls to schedule an appointment. I've been on hold for hours each day and I need instructions before my test and I'm having trouble with my online portal so I need to talk to somebody. This is a horrible system

Fantastic experience
I had a 10AM appointment for an abdominal CTSCAN and was told to arrive by 9:30AM. I arrived at 9:20 . The check in was amazing but it was all downhill from there. I didn’t leave the hospital until 11:15. No one informed me about the delay except to say they were a little behind, a hour seems excessive for a little behind. When I was finally put on the table questioned the delay and was told someone called out and that this was a hospital and there were emergencies which reinforced my decision that Media Imaging was a better... read more
I had a great experience at Riddle Radiology. Pelvic ultrasounds can be awkward and can make you feel very vulnerable, but Radiology Tech, Diane, was so kind and gentle, and she made the whole experience very easy for me. She also cleaned everything in the room very thoroughly as soon as we walked into into the exam room which I found very comforting! I'm very thankful for the excellent care I received.
