I am thankful to have Dr. Bodani as my primary physician in the last few years. She is very caring and listening to my questions and concerns. She always responding in timely manners and knowledgeable when helping me. I would recommend her to anyone out there who is looking for a primary physician.
After she ordered half of my insulin order she or her office didn’t contact me in 20 days. Only one message received from her office after 14 days of my constant messages and calls that they had forwarded my messages to her. My sugar was most of the time 350 levels and sometimes crossed 400 levels sometimes but got no response from her or her office. Poor patient care. I was extremely early for my appointment so I understand I wouldn't be seen before my appointment time. However there was a delay over a 45 minute for my scheduled appointment which was not communicated with me. I had to ask for an update from front staff. The patients I saw check in after me seemed to be getting called within 5 minutes. If there was a delay they should have informed me and I wouldn't have waited over 2 hours.
