Over service for no purpose, when you need help to hard to get in. That’s why our Medicare levy’s are so high. Horrible experience.
Pleasantly surprised with Dr Santosh and Dr Nabeela, both listened to our needs, took time and we felt heard. Good follow up and investigation. Also, when one doctor called was called away when we had a booking, the receptionist staff were immediate to notify us and book us in to see another doctor at the same time. Very good customer service. Thank you.
