I had my first RiDD service at my home. Jake called first and then arrived right on time. He was so professional and performed so many services thoroughly. He called me to follow up on a question. I was very pleased to have Haje take care of my pest control services. I’ve never had such a complete service covered so many pests issue. I’m very happy with RIDD.

I would love to leave zero stars if I could. While the technician who performed the initial treatment was thorough, the salesman used predatory sales techniques. He compared my current cost and showed me that I would actually be saving money over my current vendors. What he quickly spoke around was the fact that my monthly cost was comparative, my services were going to be every other month. I stupidly signed the contract without reading it thoroughly. The representative did a great job. He appears to be very knowledgeable concerning the products he is using and he told me exactly what he was going to do and how he did it. However, I was given a window of 8:00-12:00 this morning. I called the corporate number around 2:00pm because nobody had contacted us about the delay. Corporate contacted the representative and he immediately texted and gave a estimated time he would be here. Apparently there was a lack of communication somewhere.

I wasn't home during the service, but I did meet with the technician prior to the service. I am attaching pictures of the front entrance to my house where I had dirt dauber issues in several locations. Not only were the issues not totally resolved, the technician left a mess on my front door entry way.

Jeffrey did an excellent job with our pest control service. He was friendly, quick, and straight to the point. He handled everything efficiently and made the whole interaction easy and stress‑free. No complaints so far — great experience overall.
