I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today, especially after speaking with a manager just last month regarding the ongoing issues I’ve experienced. Yesterday, when I called to schedule my appointment, I specifically asked the office to text my phone number when the technician was on the way. This has been done in the past because if the notification goes to my husband’s phone, he is at work and I never receive it. Unfortunately, that request was ignored. I felt that he was very thorough, attentive, and informative. Thank you so much for that. He informed me that I should call when I begin seeing problems instead of waiting for regular application. I really appreciate that! We've had so much rain this year that the critters are crazy! :)
Roddy did a fantastic job. He was professional, respectful and friendly. He listened and responded to everything with enough details to give me full confidence he knows the products and methods well. His performance speaks highly of RIDD. This was very important to me as this was my first treatment and first experience with RIDD. My expectations were met or exceeded. Thank you for a job well done.

William Ezell is very professional. He asked lots of questions to help him better assess our situation. He explained exactly what he was going to do and why he was doing it. He answered every question I had about our situation and what to expect afterwards. William is extremely knowledgeable about his profession. After he completed the treatment he went over everything again and made suggestions on what we could do do help our problems. I would definitely highly recommend William Ezell to anyone. Considering how things are i... read more
