The employee Hayden was super professional and knowledgeable about the best practices for pest control. Even after I couldn't become a customer at the time, Hayden went out of his way to explain to me the best practices for keeping the bugs at bay for the methods I use instead. Super polite, and a great asset to the RIDD team.
Seriously great experience. Derek is a super cool guy, easy to talk to, and way more helpful than he had to be. Took extra time walking me through what he was seeing, what actually mattered, and what didn’t. Didn’t rush, didn’t upsell, just real straight-up help. You can tell he takes pride in his work and actually gives a damn. That kind of service is rare these days. If this review helps him get a little extra credit or recognition, it’s well deserved. I’d absolutely want this same tech back again.
Ransome is absolutely the best! He's super knowledgeable and genuinely cares about going above and beyond to get things done right. He makes sure all my concerns are fully addressed and treats me with total respect. We're huge fans and highly recommend Ridd – they do a phenomenal job representing their clients!
New Update: I have now had my pest control service for about six months and everything is going well. Today I had termite traps installed by William E and I am very happy with the service he provided. He was professional, courteous, and seemed to have done a great installation. Coming to my home at almost 8 pm to try to get my business is rude. My outside lights are not on, yet your rep still decided it's okay to ring my doorbell. After multiple "we're not interested" responses, your rep continued with trying to get us to sign up. She even asked if she could come back in 30 minutes to see if we'd changed our mind. Seriously? So unprofessional.
