Shady Business practices, failed to perform service after initial treatment which was paid for, canceled them 2 yrs later they charged my card $249 Avoid at all Cost
I had a salesperson come to the door of the home I was renting. I told him I had a limited lease and wouldn't need services beyond the end date of my lease (several months before the end of their "contract"). He told me that they would be happy to work with my lease terms and it should be no problem. The contract stated there was a cancellation fee, but that I wouldn't need to pay this, since I had explained the situation up front. I have an on going RIDD service contrct and I have Rats in my house AGAIN.They missed scheduled services, they do not maintain their pest control boxes, they are unresponsive. RIDD is over 2weeks late for service. Now still waiting for Days for them to show up and deal with active infestation and they keep rescheduling the service! I had to call and pay 5another company to deal with the rats. RIDD WILL COST YOU MORE MONEY AND HEADACHES IN THE LONG RUN.
David Padilla did a fabulous job again and is always very respectful, friendly and efficient.
