I wish I could do a review without having to leave one star as this business does not even deserve 1 star. I tried canceling my account on April 19th, today is September 16th, I just spent another 50 minutes with their customer service in order to cancel my services... so far there are 4 chargers for services I did not receive in the amount of $335.48., no one came in April, May, they showed up in June while we were busy with funeral services at home to give me the free service I was promised in April, and because I was not ... read more
I am very unpleased. The Salesman did a great job, I bought it. They keep sending me bills every month even though they did not come and perform the services that they keep billing me for. After being too patient for too long, I am going to use Pest Bear. As a long time Project Manager, that's who I used on every new building start. They will come and render service first, then bill me for actual service. I pay all my bills, when I am paying for something. Craving a steak does NOT mean that you owe money to the restaurant.
Buyer beware
Horrible unable to speak with anyone. We have literally been trying to cancel our service with them for about months we no sucess.
