One of the ladies working in the office doing customer service needs fired or retrained. She's rude, doesn't even do her job. May call you back when she feels like it and then says she's calling you back following up about one thing but you actually called about something else. The other lady is punctual and nice. I wasn’t impressed with the Customer Service. I called this morning to inquire about a services and the lady that answered the phone was really unwilling to assist as she was coming up with reasons I should probably do it myself because it was gonna be so expensive and she hadn’t even told me the price. I asked her how much was it gonna be she just pulled a price of $40-$800 out of the air and I just hung up. Not consistent. The people who come out say one thing then backtrack on it whenever you do what they say. The woman who works the office is extremely rude and inconsiderate. The guys who come out to spray are all very nice and seem to be willing to help but seems like whoever runs the office isn’t on the same page as them.
