I wasn’t impressed with the Customer Service. I called this morning to inquire about a services and the lady that answered the phone was really unwilling to assist as she was coming up with reasons I should probably do it myself because it was gonna be so expensive and she hadn’t even told me the price. Not consistent. The people who come out say one thing then backtrack on it whenever you do what they say. The woman who works the office is extremely rude and inconsiderate. The guys who come out to spray are all very nice and seem to be willing to help but seems like whoever runs the office isn’t on the same page as them.

The representative they sent to us was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to tell us where the problem was and was full of useful information. We didn't have him spray this time, but we will definitely call Rid-All in the future if we need anything. Absolutely recommend!

Bought a house a year ago old owner paid for services for the year technician a few weeks came out And noticed a picket broke on My Gate door called and asked about it And they initially said they didn't have any record of anybody coming out called today and they said oh the technician opened the gate and closed it but it was in pretty bad shape. the gate was installed last fall and still in great shape.
