Tried to call rid a weed a few days ago . The answering machine said they were closing down . Retiring. . They have been in business for a long time . I really hope this isn't true 😔 They have done a great job taking care of all their coustmers yards . Very professional, kind and helpful 👍. I hope that they know they will be missed, if it's true . All my best wishes for the future 🙏
Reasonably priced for the area. The scheduling is the only downfall. It could be the same week or within two weeks, but they'll call to let you know the day before they come out.
Been using Rid A Weed for about 4 years. The guys are consistent in spraying the weed booster and weed combo. They are also great at spreading the fertilizer. I like that they use a dye with their weed control and pre-emergent. The dye does get on the cement but washes off easy with rain or water hose. The only area of improvement I would mention is the time between payment to time of application. I have one real complaint.. they charged my card now for service but said they won't be out for 2 to 3 weeks. Really? A window a week long? You don't schedule appointments? I understand a wait this time of year but how hard is it to schedule an appointment as the work orders come in? Maybe Microsoft excel or office has a program that will help with this. You can book people in advance with dates at least If they already have my money what incentive is there to get out here in a timely manner? Seems like I shouldn't be charge... read more
