What an incredible experience. Had an emergency with our electric that made our water shut off, as well as my air conditioning. Called and spoke with Hannah, who was awesome and so patient! I was stunned when they got someone to my house within the hour. He was absolutely amazing- knowledgeable, made sure to inform me every step of the way, and talk about the work to have me confirm it was ok! The technician who came out was on time and very quick to listen. The issue I had was with a Tesla charger displaying a code. After an hour of searching for the problem, he didn't find anything. However, he did tighten the outlet's screws, which I think may have been the problem because it hasn't happened again since. Thank you for the help and the fair cost.
