I had the AC at home stopped working on a hot day... I found Rico through my neighbourhood whatsapp group. A lot of positive reviews for him in the group. And rightly so....I called him and he was quick to diagnose the problem.had the capacitor replaced superfast...Highly recommend Rico for any HVAC issue...will be calling you-Rico for Furnace tuneup this fall... thank you Rico....

Terrible communication. I had to keep chasing them for updates, and every time I called, I got a different story about why the job wasn’t done.

Completely unreliable. Rico’s HVAC missed my appointment twice without even calling. I had to take time off work for nothing. Highly unprofessional!

Worst HVAC service I’ve ever dealt with. They promised to fix my AC in one visit, but after two expensive trips, it still doesn’t work. No accountability and no refund offered.
