Fantastic Gym! Rico is quite possibly one of the kindest and most humble gym owners I have had a chance to meet. Stellar human being. The coaches are top notch. Some of them are quite young, so you wouldn't expect the level of training you get, but they are on point. The work outs are always challenging. I love how they mix it up every class, and then enjoy doing the bag work, and doing some mitt work with the coaches. I have never left a class disappointed.
