This company does not stand behind the product. We have spent over $100,000.00 AND IT LOOKS LIKE THE FLINTSTONES bedrock. ridiculous!! They saw and do not care. They say the do not stand behind their contractors that do the work. Worthless. Run away quickly
Horrible product First of all stain from Rico rock is very liquidy...it's like water...and stain drips everywhere and drys almost instantly. It is impossible to get it off! Even from your hands and glasses, much less from your plaster or anywhere stain drips..it is ridicules... creates a total mess...it's way too liquid. STAY AWAY. I have owned pools since the early 90's and Ricorock is by far the worst product I have ever owned. We had the Ricorock installed in April of 2017 on a new pool we had built and have had problems with it every since. The finish is terrible, it comes off and the product turns white. They told me I have the chemicals in the pool wrong and that was causing it.
