Bad management, 37.5 hours is a chasing dream , Overtime laughable. Late starts then they want you to stay later only 2 hours at a time the Overtime they brag about never goes over 42 hours which is a very rare number. So much racism and drama . A part time job but it doesn't pay bills and your treated like an inmate . No benefits as a contractor, Parma location is a dead-end job . Some employees are super awesome thats the only pro . Beware and walk on by low pay lots of stress
