The RICOH management at Presbyterian is the worst I’ve ever personally observed. The supervisor/manager Mari is the human version of Ursula. She’s mean to her employees, she’s nasty to other people within the hospital and her hair is tragic!
Absolutely the worst customer service EVER. Stay away from this awful company.
