I worked with Clark for an Amazon Hub install. He worked and communicated with us until the job was done. Despite a few challenges, through no fault of his, he made sure that we had everything set up and working well. He was very friendly and professional the whole time.

I have called to seek service e times this week. Held for over 45 minutes the first time before giving up, held for over 30 minutes before giving up the second call, and after holding forever the 3rd time I got transferred to the "tech department" and held for over 20 minutes before getting hung up on by Ricoh. We're canceling our service. Worst service experience I've ever received from a vendor regardless of industry.
