One other example of a company that doesn't want to be bothered by potential customers. This morning I phoned Ricoh and got the usual multiple choice answering message. First choices were support and assistance, second sales so I pressed two, then, more multiple choices, NSW, Victoria so I pressed one. Next I get a message saying I will be placed in a cue......
