Ricoh hasThe worst customer service and technician SupportThat I've ever experienced. It took over a month the get help and tech support for 15,0000.00 machine I bought less then a year ago and the problem still hasn't been solved! Victor sivira and Jaun Arispa gav3my company the run around. Britney clam she would start a account it was never done and they sent out a technician who had never worked on our type of machine before! Don't waste your money on Ricoh equipment. It won't last and they won't honor the warranty.
