Would put a 0 out of 5 stars if I had the option unfortunately my partner left and come to her Balling her eyes out with dye stains on her back brand new pants and overall not happy with the outcome looks nothing like the reference photos then put the blame back on the customer and did not offer any solutions to fix the problem just redirected to the manager that wasn't present untill the next day .... Fantastic service from the team at ricochet. Tamika did a great job getting the exact tone I wanted for my brassy hair. Very happy, and prices are great. Id called a nearby salon and was quoted $125 for a toner only, at ricochet I got a double toner and a treatment, paid only 105.

I have been going to Ricochet hair for over a year now and always love my hair after each appointment. This time I had the pleasure of being treated by Jeff who did an absolutely wonderful job and was so knowledgeable with the best way to help improve my hairs condition with his amazing Nano product. I would highly recommend these guys to everyone.
