Expensive and I’m tripping a breaker in a very small house with lots of room on the panel 😳

I needed Ryco Electric to come to my house to see why my basement lights weren't working. I had a technician come out; he spent about 10 minutes looking at my problem and then came back and said I had too many wires in the breaker. (It has been working for 24 years with no problems) I had a different company come to my house, and he found the problem, but it wasn't even close to what it was.
