I had an appointment between 2-4pm. I called around noon to confirm the appointment. I called again around 2:15 to ask that they call whenever they are on their way, they said there was some mix up and that they thought I had cancelled the appointment. I said no, there must have been a miscommunication, they said that was fine and they would be there. I was fine with that.
