Ordered take out from here and could immediately tell that the pad Thai and spare ribs were not fresh. Incredibly difficult to chew the ribs, felt like I was eating rocks. They tasted like they had been sitting out for at least a few hours, perhaps even since the day before. The sesame peanut noodles were oddly sweet (also stale!!) and not good at all. I was surprised to be the only party there during dinner time! The food was great, well worth the trip to this lesser traveled shopping center
We had a very nice dinner. Everyone loved the appetizers and main course. The service was attentive and friendly. The menu had pictures for each item which is a great idea. I recommend it.
I would give six stars if I could. We have only had excellent food from Ricky's Thai both Hillsborough and Skillman, but this was our first time at Asian Fusion and it was delicious too! We shared the scallion pancakes and dumplings. Then we shared crispy salt and pepper shrimp, pepper steak, gingery chicken and a delicious white fish dish. All fresh, with that perfect balance of flavors we've come to expect.
Just blah flavor, mediocre, and portions for the price…for a “fusion” place I wouldn’t have minded paying the money if the flavor was great. I could have gotten cheaper and better portions at a standard Chinese restaurant. Blame it on the Montgomery area $. For people raving about this place I’m not sure what kind of substandard joints they’ve visited. $50 for 2 apps and one entree with no accompaniments whatsoever.
