I would like to express my appreciation for Louanne’s outstanding service. She was the only server working the entire floor, and yet she remained calm, professional, and incredibly efficient. Despite the pressure, she handled every table with care and a great attitude. Louanne is clearly a hardworking and dedicated employee, and I truly believe she deserves recognition for her efforts. Please consider giving her a raise — she absolutely earned it.
The ginger bowl was over sauced and very salty, the rice was mushy. The server never came back to see how the meal was. When he finally came back I had pushed my bowl to the side for at least 10 minutes and my husband was finished his meal. I advised the server the meal was not edible and he asked if I wanted anything else. I declined a replacement meal. The server brought the bill and my meal was still on the bill. I requested the inedible meal be removed from the bill and his response was "I offered you a replacement meal"... read more
